Friday, March 25, 2016 - Champagne - 100 Vintage and NV Champagne; 12/15/2015-12/15/2020: During a tasting dinner. Nose of flowers, lemon, apple, a bit of yeast. This is racy and crunchy with great acidity wrapping around the fruit and sweetness. Good length.
