Monday, August 10, 2020 - Un champagne encore nerveux mais montrant des signes de fatigue. Belle couleur, un goût doucereux étrange mais intrigant qui rappelle la pomme cuite au four et une note de miel.

A champagne still nervous but showing signs of fatigue. Nice color, a strange but intriguing sweet taste reminiscent of baked apple and a note of honey.
