Sunday, May 16, 2021 - COVID-19 in the Rear-View Mirror...with Lots of Dom Perignon (Park Ridge Country Club): From magnum. Very fresh apple and pear throughout with very good density and textures, all combining for a bright, long finish. A highlight of the evening. Best performance ever for this wine, demonstrating once again that magnums really matter for Champagne.
