Wednesday, January 27, 2016 - Pop/pour. Nice bottle from Tablas. Not as rich as the Esprit, but a very nicely done blend of "everything and the kitchen sink". Medium bodied. Elegantly made, while at the same time the blend evokes a sense of rusticity. Surprisingly layered and complex transition from mid palate to finish. Would benefit from a brief decant.
