Sunday, March 4, 2007 - Opened to begin our 'February' wine dinner - actually held March 3rd. The nose had a mild note of bread-yeast, which I love, but not at all overpowering. On the palate, the wine was crisp and refreshing but with a nice almost sweet finish that lasted for a couple of seconds. Not my favorite champagne ever, but very nice, and I would be happy to have it again.
