Monday, August 6, 2012 - an hour to open/ balance. nose of sweet plums. wine seemed to be showing more body/weight than when opened. short finish with the alcohol slightly apparent. this would work with a big steak.or spicy italian. or big cheeses. at $45 not a great qpr
