Sunday, January 19, 2020 - Consistent with my prior experience(s) - except this time it's much more ready; this had been given a slow-ox for 2 hours. That said, the first pour was not nearly as expressive as it had finally become about 2 hours after we began to pour it. The color shows absolutely no sign of age; flavors/palate, too, showing firm secondary characteristics, trace tertiary attributes. This can likely continue to improve for another ~5 years, and live for perhaps another decade beyond that if your cellar/provenance conditions are optimal. Very impressive once it's had a least 60-90 minutes of air to fully blossom. Med+>full body, super-fine, sweet tannins. The oak has (finally) fully integrated. 13,0% abv., thru 2032. Cork/fill in perfect condition. highly recommended
