Monday, December 31, 2012 - A bit schizophrenic, with fruit, mineral, herb, and floral notes competing in the glass. Gives way to a mineral finish with length, but not entirely pleasant. Might try again paired with crudo instead of on its own, but generally disappointed with the structure of this one.
