Sunday, March 3, 2024 - March 2024 Gouges/Chevillon Dinner (YH Beijing - SF): Quite a lovely nose with a hint of sous bois and floral notes. Vibrant dark red fruit with bright acidity and approachable, though still somewhat, firm tannins, with a warm, spicy finish.
