Sunday, March 20, 2022 - 醒酒接近两个小时，闻香有野肉味，淡淡芝麻香，轻微烟熏和一些红果香气，入口酸度高，单宁细腻如粉，酒液咸，收口回甘，口中是樱桃，覆盆子一类漂亮红果，给人感觉香气细腻，结构精巧，后段淡淡芝麻香气增添复杂度，余味是悠长的红果香。没有炸裂的香气，饱满的酒体，但却如涓涓细流，令人回味无穷。
