Sunday, October 3, 2021 - Last bottle in a frustrating case, as more than half of these were corked or as though low-level TCA had stripped the fruit. Not this time! This was fully realized and at something of a tertiary peak. Still needed an hour or two of air to unlock its initial structure, then with zippy, salivating medium-bodied red-fruited mature flavors and exotic aromas of funky wild animal earthiness. Very cool way to finish up a case.
