Saturday, March 5, 2016 - 16 years old, but drinking very well. Though, it will not improve. Served to risotto with king crab. Deep yellow, round, not a lot of acidity left, some mineral and apple/peach. I have one more 2000 and one 1998, after that we start on the 2007.
