Thursday, October 18, 2012 - Light dull garnet color, slight pepper nose. Served at 65f. Light semi-ripe fruit, slate mineral, soft round tannins. Reminds me of a Pinot noir with more tannins.

2nd night the fruit was more rounded and balanced against the minerals.
