Friday, August 24, 2018 - Talula's Table with a few Berserkers - Late Summer menu: This was in a flight of two wines. The other was a 2002 Jean Dauvissat Montmains. When smelling the two wines, I would have bet anything the Cameron was the Chablis. Intense salty, mineral overtones. I can't remember having a US wine that smelled so much like Chablis. On the palate, this is taut, intense and surprisingly very young. I really need to start exploring Oregon Chardonnay. Very good.
