Tuesday, September 28, 2010 - This is the wine that grew on me the most with exposure to air. Nose only had a little funky cheese, not much else. Palate of rind of stinky cheese, little lanolin, nuttiness, and a really interesting foie gras note that came out with more air. This is the wine I kept coming back too the most.
