Saturday, February 20, 2016 - The wines of Comtes Liger-Belair are the most fabulous surprise that I have had in recent years in Burgundy context. The quality is high in all levels, since the "village" Clos du Chateau. The reignots is great, and the 2010 is even better. The nose is typical vosne, spicy, a touch of gingerbread, red fruit and earth, all in perfect harmony. The palate is complex, even in the early stage of maturity. The acidity and the fine tannins are so refined that allow you to try one now. But the future will be glorious with a giant potential (95-97)
