Thursday, June 13, 2013 - 2 hour decant. Nose shows fresh dark berry, spices, mint, and a touch of oak. It's clearly young on the palate, but a deep core of pure fruit is there. The tannins are firm, but round, with enough acidity to keep it fresh. Oak shows, but doesn't distract, and the creamy finish lingers long. I'll wait another 2-3 years before I pop another, but I'd give this 92 on potential.
