Monday, November 6, 2017 - Christian Moreau / Groffier Burgundy Dinner with Friends (RPM Steak - Chicago IL): Popped and poured, then enjoyed over the next 2+ hours. Bright red berries and cherries start-to-finish with wonderful balance and length for this level. At its best with 20-30 minutes of air, this started getting shorter after 2 hours in glass.
