Wednesday, March 9, 2022 - Side by side the 09 and 12. Qualitatively all on a very high par. The 2010 was remarkable for its seamlessness, symmetry and precision. Liquid cashmere in a glass. A brilliant classic 2010 red Burg where there was nothing too little and nothing in excess either. I liked this 10 Eche better than a 10 Reignots I had 3 years ago. Very good now already but probably the best still years ahead.
