Sunday, February 15, 2015 - Not as open as the Gruenchers was recently, with some reductive aromas and a toughness on the palate. Came around somewhat with some air over a couple of hours, with dark cherry flavors coming through. Seemed even better on day 2 with the reductive notes gone and a nice spicy finish that was maybe a touch short. Patrice Rion seems to have done well in 2010 based on a 2-bottle sample.
