Sunday, April 10, 2016 - Glass: Riedel Vinum Burgundy
Clear medium ruby Color. Medium intense, developing nose with fruits (red berries), licorice, a bit of smoked Bacon and oak.
Dry, good and well integrated acidity, medium- Body, elegant, fruity without beeing simple. Uncomplicated without beeing boring. At its peak now, but will stay there for several more years. Good PQR.
