Friday, December 14, 2012 - Reading other reviews I wasn't expecting much but now I think others may have had a flawed bottle.

Decanted about 1 1/2 hours. Nothing medicinal on the nose, rather hints of rose, fresh flowers and light red fruit. Initial taste was lots of strawberry with a hint of pepper. Was very light for a typical Miner Pinot but very enjoyable.

Paired with a port and black bean soup that made this wine very good. Drinking well and an enjoyable experience.
