Wednesday, September 18, 2013 - Pretty tight and primary even after a day of being opened. Starts more red fruited but turns a little darker with air. Faint mint/red licorice. Ann liked it a lot. As a newcomer to Burgundy, I am anxious to open bottles and learn, but I'm finding I need to be more patient.
