Friday, January 27, 2012 - R did not like, said it was flawed. Definitely a bit low in acid and buttery in texture, but nothing off to me. Very fine new world Cab Franc. Dry, earthy, textured and mid-weight. Aromas of tobacco, black cherry, tar, baking spice and violet. Fruit driven and fat upfront, then finishes earthy with soft tannins.
