Sunday, December 31, 2023 - Perfect cork with no signs of any movement up the cork at all. No signs of age in the glass. Muted nose a bit and after 1-2 hours decant started to open up. Restrained and balanced just starting to show some secondary flavors but still has bright acidity. Lighter body than other vintages but classic Biondi Santi. Would drink or hold as this has many years to go and may be slightly shit down right now.
