Wednesday, February 15, 2023 - A better bottle than the last one I opened -- less muted. Took around an hour to unwind a bit. Somewhat rustic nose with tobacco and mint, and cherry fruit joining on the palate. Acid makes this a better wine with food. Small quantity of sediment in the last few ounces.
