Thursday, June 25, 2020 - Very dark purple color. The label describes these as highly ripe estate fruit kept out of the Lytton Springa bottling, and that’s exactly how it reads. Tons of concentrated fruit flavors, bordering on being over-concentrated in a Parker style, but with the integrated oak (after an hour breathing) it holds together. Not sure how this will continue to evolve.
