Monday, September 11, 2023 - Another superlative bottle of wine by Mounir. Decanted 90 minutes before consuming at Capital Grille in Naples paired with a NY Strip. Dark, black fruits, and great structure that will endure for 10+ years. Couldn't find a better Chambolle anywhere.
