Saturday, August 16, 2014 - Decanted one hour, slow-o additional hour. Showing very well now. Darker garnet red than five other WS tasted tonight. Crystal clear. Nose of dark fruits, raspberry, roses - simple but powerful nose. Palate shows mixed red and dark fruits, peppery spice, some lower toned earthy notes. Medium bodied, balanced, present but soft tannins. Very long finish. Solid QPR.
