Friday, February 15, 2008 - Nose shows a bit of funk and some dark cola notes. Lots of dark fruit, and earthy black cherry flavors on the palate. Healthy dose of acidity is in check, but there is a slight tinge of heat on the back side. This softens a bit with air. Nice wine here. Not a blockbuster, but a good showing of Rosella's. Still drinking well and not in danger of falling apart yet IMO.
