Nose shows a bit of funk and some dark cola notes. Lots of dark fruit, and earthy black cherry flavors on the palate. Healthy dose of acidity is in check, but there is a slight tinge of heat on the back side. This softens a bit with air. Nice wine here. Not a blockbuster, but a good showing of Rosella's. Still drinking well and not in danger of falling apart yet IMO.

Very dark with a reddish edge. On day 1, nose is pretty muted with subtle fruit notes. Medium bodied with a nice grip, fruity entry and lively (a little excessive) acidity. Medium finish. After 4 days (forgot it in the fridge) in vaccum it is very different… and surprisingly nicer… nose is animal musky with mushroom scents. Fruit is a little hidden, but the wine is much smoother. Medium-Long finish, but a little too hot. Try again in a year or two.

Bit of a welcome surprise here.Deep, dark wine, on the opaque side. Nose shows just a touch of Rosella's funk and some cola. Dark fruit, woodsy, and black cherry flavors on the palate. Fruit seems a bit on the ripe side, but there's a decent acidity here that keeps thing in check. Nice drinking wine for near-term consumption.

Very nice fruit forward, Cali-style PN. Dark garnet color and more opaque than most PN. Silky tannins and good structure. Purchased at a restaurant and paired with a steak.

Drank at winemaker's dinner. I have liked all the Rosella's Vineyard's pinot's I have had in the last year from several producers. The fruit is big and warm. Very approachable just out of the bottle. faint tinge of sweetness to balance the warmth of the fruit. My favorite wine of the evening.

Dark and brooding. Loads of kola, spice, plum, and old wood. Still chugging along, bright acidity, with a meaty finish. Full bodied.

Below average and not for me. Big boned, cherry cola, hot and not balanced. Not totally horrible, but not good.
