Monday, August 8, 2022 - Slow oxed for 7 hours then into a decanter for a couple of more. It got very dark between slow ox and decanter. The nose was just screaming roses and tar, which seems to be the MO with this wine. It's still in it's early drinking window but WOW how this evolved over the course of dinner. Just got better and better and can't imagine how good this will get in the next 5-7-10 years. 96-97
