Thursday, May 3, 2012 - Bernard Burtschy dinner at Taberna del Alabardero (Taberna del Alabardero, Washington D.C.): This is the first stage of maturity. Still showing fruits but becoming mostly secondary. For some this will be vague but this is simply perfectly drinking claret. Silky and delicious.
