Monday, January 18, 2016 - Cos d'Estournel Vertical with Aymeric de Gironde (Ripple Restaurant in DC): Subtle red fruits, a hint of green, cedar, leather, mushroom and earth. Warm, soft and round palate. Not the most profound but simply delicious.
