Friday, March 15, 2013 - Very pale straw yellow.
Nose is quite dry and mineral, with flint and pear notes. Elegant and beguiling.
Palate: dry and tense, lots of acidity, lemony and mineral. Great lightness and energy at the same time. Excellent St. Aubin!
