Thursday, October 20, 2022 - Fida's Private lunch with Philippe Guigal and Ralph Garcin (Gramercy Tavern): Floral and bright and lovely and all of that Mouline elegance which is nice to see. Very structured. Hints of spice and lavender. Still on the young side but starting to be in drinking window now I think. Could benefit from a decent decant.
