Saturday, November 4, 2023 - Super burg at early maturity. Still very fresh and tight, but with a gorgeous red fruit / five spice bouquet. Just a hint of tertiary going on, but this is fresher than many 2016s I’ve had this year. Grippy on the finish and good acidity; this will be a distance runner. Touch of brett, but not objectionable. Yum!
