Wednesday, September 18, 2013 - This is a beauty. It has a lot of very youthful freshness from grapefruit, lemon with more depth from mango, papaya and yet backed up by a great minerality. All of this is very outspoken and forthcoming.
On the palate it is dense with a pleasant level of extract, and it is very persistent. The flavours are very much like the aromas, and it has a bitter bite towards the end. The acidity is not quite high, but certainly enough to structure the body and power of this wine.
Just great.
