Monday, October 29, 2012 - Lots of apple. Very precise. As sweet as one might expect from a Kabinett with 10% alcohol. The first out of a case of 6; just released. Next bottle to be sampled next year. Excellent value for money. Benefits from some air, give it 30min+ and don't drink it too cold.
