Sunday, September 18, 2022 - Opened two bottles because the first one was corked and was discarded. As for the second bottle, on the first night it was unpleasant. Had a harsh, green pepper or grass aspect to it. But 24 hours later I found the bottle in the living room, having been left opened, with nearly a glassful still remaining in it; and over the 24 hours, left out like that, it had improved a lot. Became a pleasant, mellow wine.
