Saturday, August 20, 2005 - TWC White Wine Group enjoy an evening of summer quaffers (Jenny & Jeremy's): A very plae wine with almost no color A muted nose expressing more chalk and mineral than fruit. Hints of apple in the mouth with steely dryness. Good secondary flavors as the wine gets some air - apple, pear - and other orchard fruits.
