Monday, December 10, 2018 - Bright golden color, sweet nose of pear, maybe some honeysuckle, sweet flavors of apple and pear, reminds me of a vouvray I once had, no acidity, this has turned into a sweet wine and was still enjoyable and a nice surprise as reviews said it was over the hill 11 years ago. Though it is completely unlike any other Trimbach I have ever had, as a sweet wine it was nice.
