Tuesday, November 5, 2019 - This bottle lacked the intriguing complexity, acidity and minerality of the previous bottle from the same source, perhaps due to the cork having fallen into the bottle at some point. It’s perfectly sound but too linear and simple. Not enough energy to make it very interesting. Still, remarkable that any white wine can be very much alive at age forty-one.
