Saturday, January 23, 2016 - Deeply coloured, opaque ruby. Muted, dense bouquet of dark red cherry with some plum and a savoury sarsparilla note. Full -bodied palate with spicy dark-fruited depth. Good drinking now but with excellent potential for a 3-8 year window.
