Tuesday, May 30, 2023 - Tasted blind at an Options night. Textbook cool climate Victorian Shiraz with slightly cordialled raspberry and freshening white pepper and fennel.
Really over-delivers for its price point. Very fresh, so should have years to go, but it's gorgeous now so I'm not sure there's a benefit to waiting.
