Monday, July 14, 2014 - Very earthy nose. Medium bodied on initial introduction to the mouth. Flavors seem to match earthiness of the nose. I can’t think of a single fruit flavor that I might use to describe this. As a stretch I might suggest vegetative hints like bell pepper or asparagus. Quite tart as it passes towards the back of the palate.
