Friday, July 2, 2021 - Color was completely rusty with some brick on the rim. Lots of flaky sediment.

Nose gave off lots of aromas like a Port actually. Kinda Colheita-ish. Plum, raisin, oak, wood and some red fruit. Palate was nice and acidic but definitely aged! Roses and violets with red berries, especially morello cherry. Some tea and tobacco notes too.
Super interesting!
