Saturday, December 5, 2020 - Original drinking window was to 2020 which was on the CT label on the bottle. I should have rechecked. Quite tight and closed on day one. Drank over several days and it improved day by day. Opened up beautifully with lots of fresh fruit. Very smooth. I would be patient with this wine and believe that 2025 may be a conservative date for the end of the drinking window. I would decant this wine for a considerable period of time if drinking in the next year or two.
