Monday, July 13, 2015 - Double decanted, heavy sediment. Deep purple. Big nose of prunes and graphite. Rich, full-bodied flavors of plums, cherries and blackberries. Incredibly long aftertaste. Should be good for several more years.

Day 2: Nose has faded. Flavors are softer, and wine seems to be more integrated. Aftertaste not as long. Still a very nice wine.
