Sunday, March 10, 2013 - Pale straw in color. Palate is honey and white pear. Picked up some alc heat. Medium acidity. Rounded mouthfeel. Good with shrimp and also golden beets. Minerality on the finish. No perceived fizzy this time (CO2 effect last time?). 1 remaining. Will wait a year.
